The patient module manages the medical history of the client/member and their basic information that the doctor will use to complete the consultation.

All patients must have their Personal Medical History completed before requesting a consultation. The diagnoses provided by the doctor and any notes they may make are updated into the patient profile in the Personal Medical History.

In the doctor’s profile, physicians manage their profiles along with their weekly schedules to determine their availability to accept consultations.

Through this module the CMO manages the weekly availability of all doctors in the network.
